DUBAI, Nov 17 (Reuters) - Samoa have a last chance to preserve a proud record and book a berth at the 2027 World Cup when they face Belgium in the final qualifying tournament in Dubai on Tuesday.
The celebrations had really begun a full 24 hours earlier, when Samoa and neighboring Tokelau hopped across the international date line, skipping Friday and moving instantly from Thursday to Saturday.
